Dustywood Creations is a new small business in southern Indiana. Formed from the imagination of Jim Scheu. A 1st generation grandson of a hardworking and thrifty German immigrant, Jim found it difficult to part with the end cuts and “drops” of the beautiful woods he worked with. Soon his warehouse had multiple bins of wood that most would have sent to an incinerator. Jim was determined to utilize the pieces, and began laminating the array of woods into artfully striped patterns, creating cutting boards that were mostly used as gifts or donations. Jim expanded the line of beautiful, functional, culinary wares and the new Dusty Wood Creations was born. Dusty Wood Creations will gladly custom design and build items to your specifications.
